Articulation
- The head can swivel on a ball-joint neck.
- The shoulder joint can slightly swing forward.
- The arms can...
- Swing on a rod joint.
- Raise horizontally.
- The upper elbows can turn.
- The elbows can bend up to about 180 degrees.
- The waist can rotate 360 degrees.
- Front and side skirt armors can pivot to avoid interference with the leg articulation.
- The hips are ball-jointed.
- The knees can bend up to about 100 degrees.
- The ankles can swivel on a single ball-and-socket joint.
Weapons & Other Gimmicks
- The hands are swappable.
- Each of the weapons (GM Rifle, Beam Saber) must be wielded by their respective manipulator parts.
- Beam Saber hilt can be optionally removed from the backpack as a handheld weapon.
- The Shield can be attached onto either forearm.
- The GM Quel can be mounted onto an Action Base (sold separately). There is no slot underneath the waist nor any adapter included in the kit, so one of the fork connectors that come with an Action Base must be used for this purpose.
Tips & Tricks
- For better results, most/some of the details are needed to be applied/panel-lined with Gundam Markers and/or Mr. Color paints.
- Topcoat (Mr. Hobby recommended) can be used to protect applied stickers and if any, applied paint and decals.
Customizing-based tips
- The head from the HGUC Gundam TR-1 [Hazel] can swap with the GM Quel's head to form GM Quel (Hazel Reserve Unit). (minor repaint required)
