Kit Features & Gimmicks

Articulation

• The head can swivel/tilt on a double ball-joint neck.
• The torso can tilt forward or sideways in a limited manner.
• Shoulder joints can tilt upwards or swing forwards.
• The lower parts of the shoulder armor are poseable to avoid interference with the frontwards arm articulation.

  • Swing on a peg-and-socket joint.

  • Can swivel on a ball-and-socket joint, or slightly pivot on a hinge joint.

Weapons/Other Gimmicks

Tips & Tricks

• For better results, some or most of the details are needed to applied/panel lined with Gundam Markers and/or Mr. Color paints.
• Topcoat (Mr. Hobby recommended) can be used to protect applied stickers/marking decals and if any, painted details.
  • If using matte/flat-finish top coat, it is advisable not to spray on the clear/translucent parts - can be done by masking or spraying top coat while the said parts are separated.
• The middle, ring, pinky fingers can be sliced off for individual articulation.

Customizing based tips

• If one wished to build the original Astray Red frame, One must use the beam saber/backpack combo from the 1/100 scale kit. (Modification required)
