The head can pivot up/down on a hinge and swivel on a ball-joint (though in a limited extent).
The front torso can slightly tilt forward/sideways.
If pulled out, the shoulder joints can raise upwards or swing frontwards.
The arms can...
- Swivel on a ball-and-socket joint.
- Raise horizontally.
The upper arms can rotate.
Both the elbow and knees are double-jointed.
The manipulators can swivel on a ball-and-socket joint.
The hip joint axis is a see-saw type joint.
The upper thighs can swing frontwards/backwards on a peg, raise horizontally and/or rotate on each piece.
- Front, side, and rear skirt armors can swing up and down to avoid interference with the leg articulation.
Ankle joints can pivot frontwards, or tilt sideways in a limited extent.
Due to being used with transformation, the front feet can pivot.
The Waverider's wings are poseable.
- The tail stabilizer can flip up or down.

Any of the weapons can be wielded by the default hand parts.
The blue panels on the forearms can flip out to reveal grenade launchers.
- The extra Grenade Launcher ammo packs can mount onto the forearms, though you cannot mount the shield due to this.
Hyper Mega Launcher's foregrip can be flipped out.
Beam Saber effect can attach onto the Beam Rifle or the Hyper Mega Launcher's muzzle.
Zeta Gundam can convert into Wave Rider mode via parts swapping.
- Beam Rifle, Shield/Nosecone, Hyper Mega Launcher can convert into storage mode for Zeta's Wave Rider mode.
  - The Hyper Mega Launcher can mount with the landing gears.

The Zaku head from the HGUC Zaku II can be attached to this kit.
Zeta Gundam can mount onto any Action Bases. (sold separately)
- If one prefers to display it in Waverider form, the other adapter must be used.

For better results, some/most of the details are needed to be applied and panel-lined with Gundam Markers and/or Mr. Color Paints.
Topcoat (Mr. Hobby recommended) can be used to protect applied stickers and if any, marking decals and paint details.
Despite what the instructions said, the Zaku II head from the HGUC kit is too big for the body. It's recommended to find a smaller head (for example, the HGUC Zaku II (2021)) for better results.
Due to it's tight fit, exercise caution while posing the ball-and-socket shoulder joints, as they can potentially break off if excessive force is applied.

The entire kit can be optionally coated in (thinner) clear pink to represent the Biosensor Image Colors.
