Kit Features & Gimmicks

Articulation

• The head can swivel/tilt on a double-sided ball-joint neck.
• The torso can tilt frontwards/backwards or sideways.
• The shoulder joints can rotate, or swing frontwards along with 2/3 of the torso blocks.

  • Swivel on a ball-and-socket joint.
  • Raise horizontally.
• The upper elbows can turn.
• Both the elbow and knees are double-jointed.
• The manipulators can swivel on a ball-and-socket joint.
  • The wrist joints can pivot.
• The waist can rotate 360 degrees.
• Front and side skirt armors can pivot to avoid interference with the leg articulation.
• The hip joint axis is a see-saw type joint, allowing it to pivot up/down on one side.
• The upper thighs can swing frontwards (and backwards in a limited extent due to the non-poseable rear skirt armor) on a peg joint, raise horizontally, and/or rotate on each piece.

Weapons & Other Gimmicks

• The hands are swappable.
• The translucent blue pieces can be replaced with the corresponding translucent orange parts to replicate the "assimilation" form of the Build Burning Gundam depicted in the show.
• A pair of flame burst effect parts can be connected to the flame fists to recreate several of the attacks performed by the Build Burning Gundam in the show. A larger flame burst effect part is also provided that can be connected to a single foot at a time.
  • Flame extension effect parts are provided in three different lengths for more dynamic displays.
• The flame wheel effect parts can be connected to slots on the backpack. When connected by themselves, the flames are perpendicular to the torso, but a joint connector is also provided to display said effect parts as though the flames are being emitted straight out of the backpack.
• The Build Burning Gundam can mount onto any Action Bases. (Sold separately)
• A backpack adapter is provided to mount backpacks from other HGBF kits to the Build Burning Gundam.

Tips & Tricks

• For better results, some or most of the details are needed to be applied with Gundam Markers or Mr. Color paints.
• Topcoat (Mr. Hobby recommended) can be used to protect applied stickers and if any, painted details and marking decals.
  • If using matte/flat-finish top coat, it is advisable not to spray on the clear/translucent and the soft parts - can be done by masking or spraying top coat while the said parts are separated.
• Although this kit does not come with any handheld weapons, a pair of weapon-holding hands are provided. Thus, if the builder chooses, the model can wield custom-made weapons or those from add-on sets (e.g. HGBC, HGI-BA).
