Kit Features & Gimmicks
Articulation
- The Reborns Gundam head can swivel/tilt on a double-sided ball-joint neck.
- The Reborns Cannon head can rotate on an integrated single-ball joint.
- The upper torso can tilt back and forth in a limited manner.
- The shoulder joint socket can also swing backwards due to being used for the Reborns Cannon configuration.
- The arms can...
- Swing on a peg-and-socket joint.
- Raise horizontally.
- The upper arms can rotate.
- Elbow joints can be bent into 90 degrees, while the forearm joints can rotate due to being used with transformation.
- Reborns Gundam's manipulators can swivel on a ball-and-socket joint.
- Reborns Cannon's Egner Whip/claws can rotate on a peg-and-socket joint.
- The waist can turn 360 degrees.
- Front, side, and rear skirt armors can pivot to avoid interference with the leg articulation.

Weapons/Other Gimmicks
- Any of the weapons can be wielded by Reborns Gundam's default hands.
- Reborns Gundam can convert into Reborns Cannon (and vice versa) via minor parts swapping on the hands.
- Lower arms can rotate in two modes.
- Bending the leg forward allows the red thigh parts to extend automatically.
- Leg units can collapse down.
- The neck unit can collapse while in Cannon mode.

- Attach onto any of the forearms, though the default position is on the right.
- Fold underneath the panel, or flip out for the Reborns Gundam's right hand to hold with.
- The Large GN Beam Saber joints can flip out, and the hilts can be optionally removed from the backpack as handheld weapons.Â
- The Large GN Beam Saber can be wielded by either the Reborns Gundam's hands or the Reborns Cannon's Egner Whips.
- The GN Shield can attach onto any forearms, though the default position is on the left.
- Both sides of the GN shield can pull out to reveal molded Small GN Fin Fangs.
- The panel underneath the crotch can be removed to reveal a 3mm mounting point for any Action Bases, where the Reborns Gundam/Cannon can mount onto.
Tips & Tricks
- For better results, some/most of the details are needed to be applied & panel-lined with Gundam Markers and/or Mr. Color paints.
- Topcoat (Mr. Hobby recommended) can be used to protect applied stickers and if any, painted details and marking decals.
- If using matte/flat-finish top coat, it is advisable not to spray on the translucent parts - can be done by masking or spraying top coat while the said parts are separated.
- Care must be taken while transforming the legs: Occasionally, they do not convert automatically in Cannon Mode. Excessive force can cause breakage between parts A31 and C9. The safest way is to try converting the legs manually by pulling the lower thighs first.
- The holes underneath the Reborns Cannon's wrists can to accommodate with the PVC wires to recreate the hands' discharged forms.
Customizing-based tips
- Reborns Gundam Origin Conversion Parts (sold separately) can be used to remodel this kit into Reborns Gundam Origin.
