Tips & Tricks
- For better results, some or most of the details are needed to be applied/painted with Gundam Markers and/or Mr. Color paints.
- Topcoat (Mr. Hobby recommended) can be used to protect applied stickers and if any, marking decals and painted details.
- The open hands included in the 7th Option Set can be used for this Gunpla.
Customizing-based tips
- The single-piece Burst Saber Blades inside the side armors can actually be separated into individual pieces (and their tabs cut off) for a working blade-deploying functionality. This modification has one downside: It can fall off from the armors if the holes are facing downwards. To minimize this issue, you can only separate the 2nd/middle blade while keeping the 1st and 3rd pieces unchanged, as the molded tabs keep them in place.
Variants
- Reissues of the Gunpla from 2020 onwards will bear the blue Bandai Spirits logo, while reissues from 2021 onwards will feature the international Iron-Blooded Orphans logo with the pilot character art removed.
