Kit Features & Gimmicks
Articulation
- The mono-eye can be moved (requires removal of the face plate).
- The head is connected via a hinge and ball-joint neck, but the movement range, except the rotation and upwards tilt, is considerably limited due to the shape of the head.
- Funnel pod shields can move independently from the shoulders via a ball joint.
- Upper arms can rotate below the shoulder.
- The elbows can bend up to about 100 degrees.
- The knees can bend up to about 90 degrees.
Weapons & Other Gimmicks
- The Beam Assault Rifle can be held in the right hand.
- The Beam Saber/Heat Knife can be held in either hand.
- The builder can choose between a short and a long beam saber blade.
- When not in use, the hilt can be stored on the left side waist armor (via parts-swapping).
- The Shield can be mounted on the left forearm.
- A pair of clear rods are provided for displaying the funnels as though deployed from the pods. The manual instructs to divide each rod into three.
- The rods can be curved. The manual warns against bending them in sharp angles.
- The Jagd Doga can be mounted on an Action Base (sold separately). The slot cover underneath the waist needs to be removed.
Tips & Tricks
- For better results, most/some of the details are needed to be applied/panel-lined with Gundam Markers and/or Mr. Color paints.
- Topcoat (Mr. Hobby recommended) can be used to protect applied paint and decals, if any.
